Complimentary Luncheon - A Guide to South Carolina Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans

Course Details

Seminar

South Carolina’s Industrial Stormwater General Permit is scheduled for renewal in June 2027. This permit covers a variety of industries across South Carolina. To ensure a smooth transition into the renewed permit cycle, facilities should consider conducting a SWPPP audit in advance of the renewal date. By taking a proactive approach, permittees can avoid last-minute compliance challenges and ensure continued coverage under the new permits.

Join us for a luncheon focused on the latest requirements, common compliance pitfalls, and practical strategies for maintaining Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) compliance across South Carolina industrial sites. This session is designed specifically for on-site staff and environmental professionals navigating permit renewals and ongoing stormwater compliance obligations. Our experts will discuss key SWPPP implementation challenges, inspection and documentation best practices, erosion and sediment control considerations, and how to prepare for regulatory scrutiny throughout the permit cycle.
