Webinar

On August 29, 2026, Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) issued two Section 71 notices related to Chemicals Management Plan (CMP) requiring certain manufacturers, importers, and users of approximately 200 priority substances to report information on their activities, uses, quantities, and facility-level operations. This new federal reporting requirement is expected to impact numerous Canadian companies with Phase 1 reports coming due in March 2027.

Please join us for a complimentary webinar on November 18, 2026 from 1-2pm Eastern.
